Takealot is a useless online company

buying online but with Takealot it's a nightmare to get your delivery on time, I regret using their services. I bought staff on the 6th and when i track my order, since the 11th of dec they keep saying that next day is delivery day before 5pm but, it changes daily and, has now changed again to the 18th of Dec. is the courier too lazy to deliver my staff? why is this company undermining clients like this
