Takealot is a useless bunch

I have ordered a windmaster champ chimney last week, paid R1899 for it. They delivered a typist chair on Monday. I went to Takealot in Secunda to return it - the chimney was for my husband's birthday. I received an earlier stating that I returned a chimney and that the product I want is out of stock. On their website it shows they have stock. They also stated they are not returning my money but will keep it until my next purchase. So my husband did not not a birthday gift, and the money I saved to buy hom a gift I cannot use because Takealot is keeping it. They are useless, they dont even know wgat they doing - I dont know what to do now
