Takealot is a ****. they refuse to take responsibility.

I bought a TV box, it worked 5 months then started malfunctioning,

I then returned it, my refund was paid into my takealot account, I then requested my refund to be paid out.

Their system automatically sent my money into a closed account, it's been over a week bank confirmed the is no money in their suspense account.

Takealot is now refusing to fix it. They are not taking responsibility.
