TAKEALOT IS A **** THESE DAYS

I bought a powerbank, phone stand, charger and car charger on takealot the beginning of May.....to my surprise, the powerbank box had an old circuit breaker inside. All the other products were fine and are working. Takealot team refuses to give me a refund they say that I "returned the incorrect product". Which product was i supposed to return because I never received any product? Their team or supplier is the one that is obviously swapping products coz they know Takealot will not take accountability. STAY AWAY FROM TAKEALOT!!!!
