TAKEALOT IS A **** STOP BUYING FROM THEM

I am absolutely livid with my expeience at takealot!!! On the 29th of May i purchased a walker machine for R3995, the payment has gone off my account i have given them proof. i have asked for the product or a refund no one has come back to me! my money is out of my account and the order has been canclled stating that i have not paid!!!!!!! can someone please assist! the service is absolutely pathetic, slow
