TAKEALOT IS A SHAM

I wish to express my absolute disappointment for takealot. I did christmas shopping and ordering for my son's birthday on 17 December 2023.

My app confirmed delivery for 23 December 2023, THEN was changed to 29 December 2023 NOW it is changed to 2 January 2024!!!!!

NOOOOO this is unacceptable! Everything was labeled that it wasin stock when takealot happily deducted my funds for payment.

BECAUSE of takealot my christmas presents for my family did not arrive, to make matters worse ny son's birthday was today and he had no birthday present to open for his birthday.

I am a devastated parent. I will never utilize takealot again. I will continue doing my online shopping via amazon and shein. SHAME ON YOU TAKEALOT !
