Takealot is a SECONDHAND online store

This is the second SECONDHAND product I received from Takealot. After many unnessesary negotiations they still refuse to just replace the product with the one that they advertised which has double the flow rate of the waterpump I received. So, I dont have the product which they collected, I dont have my money I paid, so what the hell is going on with Takealot after about 6 years that I am a loyal costomer. The other product that was secondhand was a Pulsar watch which was clearly damaged, strap has been shortened, and the second hand keeps getting stuck behind the minute hand - but this one I sorted out by taking it to a proffesional watchmaker that cost me money. What is going on with Takelot's service. Non-existent!!!!!!!!
