Takealot is a ****

I bought very nice and expensive hiking boots from takealot. I wore them to a nice hiking trail, the shoes hurt my ankles I couldn’t even finish the planned km. I asked takealot to change the shoes bcz they are hurting me. Having paid R2000.00 for hiking shoes because I want comfort especially for long trails, but I will not get value for money.

Takealot, don’t be selfish, please consider the exchange fir another shoe even if you don’t give me my money. What am I gona do with your expensive uncomfortable shoe?????
