Takealot is a ****! Colluding ******* work there!

I placed a simple order for 3 buckets of Epsom salts. 1 bucket of Epsom salt was delivered and the other two were Caustic salt. I logged a return to request the the caustic buckets to picked up. Both were fetched and only one logged into system (i.e. the driver / warehouse staff kept one for himself). The one logged was replaced after a hell of a fight and i am still waiting for the second replacement...since 22 Oct. I am following up everyday and today i have been told by Zaid to log a new return. The driver arrived at my house announced and when asked what he did with the second bucket he confirmed that he left it in the office. After threatening him with a ******** charge I received an email from takealot (Bainca C) confirming that "the missing bucket had been located". Again this was on 22 Oct. Zuko tried to claim that the bucket was delivered! I am still waiting for either a bucket of Epsom of my Refund. Ashelene R said she would get back to me! ....gone....
