Takealot is a ****

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Takealot. Ordered an appliance on their blue dot sale last week and it was out for delivery on Friday to the exact same address that I have used numerous times. Delivery wasn’t made and they say due to insufficient address, however they have delivered to the same address every time I have ordered. I received no phone call to even confirm address or to say their was a problem. They then cancel the order! When I contact them they say they understand my frustration but don’t do anything to rectify it! I must reorder the item at the price that it is on at the moment! Delivery address is correct, just clearly a method of getting out on a deal they advertised! Get no help from takealot. Their customer care is absolutely shocking! Takealot I expect this issue to be sorted out and my order to be delivered!! I paid for the appliance this it belongs to us!! Absolutely furious! What an absolute ****!!!!!!!
