Takealot is a ****

I ordered and paid for iphone 6s plus 128G at the cost of R8619.00 (inclusive of R120.00 express delivery on the 08 November 2018). They indeed delivered a parcel at my work place on the same day but i was in the meeting and my colleague signed for the sealed parcel on my behalf. I got out of the meeting and checked my parcel only to find that they packed the Huwaei prime which is worth R1999.00. I logged a return immediately on the 08th November 2018 and called them to collect as it was still around 13:00 considering that their warehouse is in Kempton Park and i am based in Sandton. They told me they can only collect on Monday the 12 November 2018. They indeed collected the parcel which i sealed back in front of the courier driver. I was told that the item is being evaluated and eventual today i am told the return is declined and they will deliver the Huwaei prime back to me. Takealot is a ****!!!!
