Takealot is a ****

I waited and waited for my order only to receive a wrong order which i payed double for. I feel so disrespected and cheated on. I ordered a 10 litre fridge that costs R1449 only to receive a 7,5 litre fridge that costs R598 and i payed for what i ordered which is R1449. Their service is so poor and unacceptable. Before the order was delivered they were so understanding and sending me emails to calm me down but since i emailed them abou the wrong order non of them are responding to my emails.
