Takealot is a rip-off

I bought a laptop from Takealot.com. It was defective and seemed to have a problem. It looks like someone else returned it and then they just forwarded the problem to me. When I want to return the product they say I must talk directly to the manufacturer, in this case, Dell Computers. They want to have nothing to do with it. I cannot believe this!!! I will never buy anything from them ever again.
