Takealot is a real embarrassment

I’ve bought 2 items on the 16th December 2024,estimated delivery date was the 31st,then delivery was scheduled for the 30th,awaited it and never arrived. I then received another delivery scheduled for the 31st,1 item which is swimsuit delivered and glass coffee table wasn’t delivered.No communication nor notification was received from Takealot as to what’s happening. I contacted Takealot Lephalale and i was told that it will be delivered separately on the 2nd January,today is the 4th,nothing has been delivered yet. Takealot is becoming worse on service delivery daily,this is beyond pathetic,unprofessional bunch!
