Takealot is a promising and not delivering service

Takealot is willing to take your money, but as soon as a problem occurs you will get a email telling u "we are dealing with the matter" "sorry for this bad experience" "we will escalate your order " BLA BLA BLA. I have been waiting since the 2nd of February for a camera lens.... Empty promises is ALL they deliver.
