Takealot is a problem

I ordered 2 pack NS remotes that was marked down. It had to be shipped and I had to wait 1 week. They only delivered one.I contacted takealot. They said they have to log a return. They collected it the next day. Its been 3 days later and it says collection scheduled.Then they put the credit on my takealot app, who said I wanted to buy something again after they made a mistake. Then product was no longer marked down. I had to use the credit and pay in more money from my card. Ive been using takealot for 4 years and always had problems since the very first delivery that I sent back. They have sent broken/defective things. They have canceled orders on their own when it said in stock.
