Takealot is a Mafia Business

I ordered a TV stand, Coffee table, Backpack and an office chair. Takealot.com failed to deliver for three scheduled consecutive days. I called and spoke to three agents and they pretended to assist me with tracking my order but to no success. I have requested a refund and they did not process it and they still do not want to refund me. Takealot.com has terrible customer service, unprofessional agents, no manager is available to assist. Takealot.com sends incorrect notifications, Takealot.com is unable to track your order and Takealot.com is the worst online store. I went to their offices at 120 E.P. Malan St the lady was resist and rude she made a racial statement that says "Please remove yourself from our offices". I am closing my account and installing Mr. Delivery... Takealot.com violates the Consumer Act and they bridge contracts. they telling me that they will refund me in 3-5 working days when the are at fault.
