Takealot is a load of snot.

So, I purchased a Nespresso machine via them. This included a whole lot of extra pods with different flavors. Upon receiving them we tried out a few flavors of the gift box pods that was included in the purchase. Then trying to use the extra pods we bought we found that they do not fit. Nowhere in the advertising does it state that it only uses one kind of pod. We contacted Takealot and they are refusing point blank to do a return. even if we offered to take a less expensive one in its place. They are refusing point blank. Can I go to the ombudsman regarding this as this is clearly false advertising and even buyer's remorse? We also contacted Nespresso, but they straight down say it is a Takealot issue. Seriously.
