Takealot is a joke

Ordered a headboard - 2 weeks later, when it’s supposed to be delivered, they cancel due to “stock.” I ask how when the item is still on sale on the platform - I’m advised to order it again and when it eventually arrives, it’s missing parts.

I’m ask to log a return for them to investigate the issue (for another week or 2) and only then can they exchange.

After this circus, I asked to be referred to their complaints department and guess what - they don’t have one
