Takealot is a glorified China Store. Do not waste your time with appliances especially international brands!!!

Takealot is a fancy name for a China shop. I have been disappointed as I bought an airfryer(Silvercrest) which broke after 6 months. When I tried to return the product they stated that I needed to contact the overseas brand to get a return/refund. Furthermore, I think they sale **** things and inferior products. My boyfriend purchased a racing simulator from Logitech through takealot, and it stopped working aswell. They are not helping him get a return/repair mind you this is not a cheap thing(R6000). When we compare with the fact that he could've purchased this racing simulator from incredible connection, he would at least be assisted in some way. If you are going to use Takealot, be mindful of what you are buying personally I would not buy appliances from Takealot, or beauty products because I am convinced they sometimes sell **** products such as K18 and K****ll conditioner.
