TAKEALOT IS A *****

I made an order to @takealot and they cancelled my order than proceeded to increase the cost of the cancelled order.

I have since not been able to get ahold of them - they over R22 000 of my money and have not reversed the charge!

its been over a week with zero correspondence for them
