Takealot is a dud

I bought a coffee maker from Takealot. It came without the innards missing. I returned it and I was sent new one but the glass side was broken. I was away and when I came back I took it down when I was collecting another order. They took it in and then it was delivered back to me with even more breakages and was told I did not return it in seven days. I sent them an email. I was told they would investigate. I have sent three more emails all with no response.They say you have to return with seven days. That was impossible for me and it must be for many others. I also new nothing about the seven day limit
