TAKEALOT is a disgrace

i purchased an tap on Takealot Order no: #***8 so the tap pipes burst in my parents house bedroom and bathroom flooded latterly costing them a fortune getting plumbers etc out just to verify the taps pips are not even SABS approved. phoned takealot on 9th June explaining my situation and asking management to get back to me, then only response i got was we can confirm the taps pipes are not SABS approved and apologize. the bill so far t repair floors ECT is now standing at R 10 000,00 and all the can say is i apologize. and to date no call from management if i call they have a technical problem management cant phone u but when i call management is in a meeting SERVICE is disgusting
