Takealot is a disgrace

The very last order from this useless company . Delivered a secondhand fridge Not new. Not in a box, damaged from door and no manual etc. I RETURNED IT AND THEY COLLECTED. NOW THE RED TAPE STARTS AND I am without a NEW FRIDGE, and the call centre has to take the blame. And they are not at fault. I am really disgusted and should have demanded my money back. DONT BUY FROM TAKEALOT, AS THEY JUST DONT CARE !!!
