Takealot is a disgrace

I ordered an item vital for my work and i received an empty box. After collecting the incorrect item i was promised that the correct order will be delivered. The followiing day the correct item is delivered however, the driver is not allowed to leave the package without collecting the wrong item delivered to me. This package has been collected prior to the new delivery.

Takealot is an absoluut pile of *******. No direct landline to contact them only a 087 number which uses your airtime and an email address. When confronted with the fact that an empty box was delivered, they do not take responsibility for it.
