Takealot is a DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!

Hi I purchased a Hisense TV from you guys and unfortunately have to return as it doesn't suit my needs at all. It is not bright enough at all. I am really disappointed with it and would like my account to be credited so I can purchase a better TV. I have logged a return unfortunately when my wife through the box away that it came in. What do I do now. That TV comes in a very specific box and I cannot get another one to package it in. I am willing to pay for replacement packaging. I can't be wasting R7500 on a TV that is ******* because I don't have the box to return it in.
