Takealot is a disappointment

I have ordered from takealot, when checking how far is my order, I found a message that says my goods were sent to a wrong courier. What I hate most is that they did not even bother themselves to send me a message or call me. Today I checked again, nothing has changed and the delivery date still states 20th which is yesterday. I'm very disappointed. Mind you, takealot is expensive and is mistreating me.
