Takealot is a disappointment 😞

I ordered a gin giftset from Takealot and on the payment page I was not given the option to select Discovery Miles! I paid with my Discovery bank card yet I did not receive the miles I should have received! I called the customer service contact center and was told they would contact the finance department only to receive an email saying sorry they cannot give me my miles! I do not have a fnb account so what am I supposed to do with ebucks? If I did not call nothing would have been done! I am not a happy customer at all!!!
