TAKEALOT IS A ****

I bought a Russell Hobbs cake mixer on takealot , 6 months later it broke I then requested for them to collect it and repair it as it was still under guarantee, one month went by I received no feedback from them , I called the call center about 30 times to find out where why have I not received my product , I told them k do not want a credit on my account as I bought the mixer when it was on sale and now I will not be able to repurchase it if they give me a credit , they processed a credit after I told them not too as I would just like a mixer , the manager called me to tell me the seller is no longer on takealot so they can't replace it , they saying I must purchase a china brand rather in that price range , I refused ,now they are telling me there is nothing they can do but the agents are telling me the seller is still on takealot just don't have stock , this takealot is a **** they give garantees without being able to fulfill them , MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE VERY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE THEY FULL OF LIES
