Takealot is a ****

On the 28 March I ordered a smart watch which was R469 and a nail practise hand which was R191, total was R660 then I got a R 80 which made my order R580, a few days while waiting waiting for my package I got an email saying the practise hand is cancelled because it became out of stock. I don’t understand how I was allowed to pay for something that’s out of stock to begin with now instead of refunding me R191 I got refunded R111 how clever of takealot to now apply a discount on both items when only they decided to cancel an item, My question is why the didn’t apply the the R80 discount twice while I was still paying for the order so it can be R500 instead of R580. When I want my money back they give a stupid coupon of the same value they suppose to refund me. I am definitely deactivating my account, Can’t deal with these ****mers because I don’t understand how a they can cancel an item but still apply the discount on it for who?? Then refund short payment. Who is the discount for but I never received the item? Why must I be affected in takealot failing to deliver?
