Takealot is a business that don't want contact with customers

I am not a happy customer. I paid for delivery to happen today, your tracking is pathetic as I cannot see any progress or driver on route. There was no attempt to call me on delivery but very quick to update and blame me for not being here and then force me to choose another date and the schedule now says 'customer changed date'. I had no choice, I was here and I cannot contact you or anyone from Takealot. The only missed call i got says 'this number does not exist' when I try call it back. Order #***
