Takealot is a big ****

A few week ago I bought from takealot online,order no:***. But to my surprise when I collected my order on Saturday afternoon at their Northfield pick point, one item was missing and I reported it immediately because clearly the fault was on their side regarding my order but I now find myself being treated like a ******** who stole his own order and I'm being interrogated and harassed to send proof of what I received in pictures and having to answer so many unnecessary questions and the amount of inconvenience they are giving me is so ridiculous hence I had bought this as a gift to one of my work colleague. Takealot.com please intervin to this matter urgently.
