I bought a couch at takeout,the couch was so uncomfortable and it’s legs were unstable.I requested a return a week later and they refused to refund me.I was told they can not refund me because the couch was not sealed.How was I supposed to know how the couch feels like nor look like if it’s it’s unsealed?They are advertising the couch for R10000 now and it’s price was R5000 when I bought it,this is a total *******.
