I ordered a trampoline on Takealot. Few days later they sent me email saying order was cancelled due to they can’t source the item from the supplier. I requested for refund on the 22 November. Only eBucks were refunded balance of R989 wasn’t refunded I am very disappointed due to 3-5 working days has already passed. What is it so difficult to refund my money whereas when I paid money was deducted same?

Takealot is a ****, if they are not exaggerating their prices they don’t refund what’s due to you
