Takealot is a ****

Takealot should stick to selling other things and stop furniture outsourcing. I am very disappointed and frustrated with takealot. I bought couches and turn around time for delivery was seven days on the app upon paying things changed I had to wait two weeks for my order. Unfortunately when the delivery came it was broken and of low low quality not what was on the app .I requested a return and refund called the call centre and I was promised that once the product reaches the warehouse my refund will be payed back .I have called the call centre a number of times but I’ve never been helped instead I am receiving different stories . It’s been two full weeks no money back .no one is escalating my situation. I have been ****med
