Takealot is a ****.

I returned my order as they delivered incorrect item. They collected the item for return and I was supposed to be credited so I can order what I want , however they never credited nor refunded me. I spoke to many members of takealot but dololo no response. I emailed Daryn, Rasees, And Kwezi just to mention few of them.... but non of them was able to help me
