I recently bought a baby carrier for my son, I stay in Masondeza in Newcastle, in my profile, the address is clearly stated which was accepted by Takealot, However on the day of the delivery I was called by a driver who shouted and told me “Angizi emasondeza”, no further explaining than that, I called takealot and they said they are fixing it but it has been more than a week and no communication, I wouldn’t recommend takealot to anyone, poor customer service and how they handled my complain was a disrespect to consumers, how long do we continue to let big companies to Give us mediocre service!!! They are refusing to cancel, what a disgrace
