Takealot is a ****

I am really writing this from a heavy heart. Takealot is a ****. I bought glasses and mugs from them via a colleagues account. It happened that I made another purchase of a mini projector through my Takealot account. Which happened not to be working(the projector) I scheduled for a return. Takealot collected a wrong order and that was made clear to them. They again collected the projector but did not return my glasses and mugs back. They wanted the person that made the purchase to contact them. She did not once but twice . And guess what?? They kept her hanging since Dec 2023 to date. They said they will find out as to what happened and get back to her. We are still waiting. Please assist in this matter because I can never forfeit my money like this.
