Takealot is a ****

Absolutely atrocious experiences, I bought a refrigerator recently and when it arrived an hour after they said it would arrive the delivery drivers were harassing me for more money to deliver it even though I paid an extra R200 for delivery, the box was damaged and the refrigerator was dented, Takealot then gives me 24hours to select to repair the refrigerator or get a refund, because the refrigerator “was out of stock” which it wasn’t, before I could respond I received a refund in Takealot credits… I then purchased another refrigerator with my credits and it said it would be delivered before 17:00 and it is currently 17:40 with no communication or correspondence, I would honestly not use them anymore because you don’t pay for convenience instead it feels like you are being taken advantage of and ****med!
