TAKEALOT IS A ****

I place an order on Monday the 11/09/2023 for a duvet cover set on order number ***. Then yesterday the 12/09/2023 I received the SMS that my order will be delivered before 5pm and I was not delivered.

Today when I check on the link it shows that it has been delivered and was signed by me. HOW CAN I SIGN SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME? I WANT MY ORDER BEFORE THE END OF TODAY.
