I returned and order and it was declined, so they were supposed to return the item to me but they didn't. Their driver told them that I signed for delivery at my residential address, but he never contacted me and I was at work. Their driver took my package and they're protecting him. How can a driver deliver a package without contacting the customer? They can see on their system that he didn't contact me but they're not doing anything about it. Their service has dropped massively and they don't even care if customers are happy or not. They **** and said they are investigating but there's no communication from them, they expect me to loose an item worth of R500 just like that. We work very hard for our money, I can't just fold my hands and let them **** me.
