Takealot is a ****

Dear Takealot I am absolutely furious by your services and i feel like i was ****med.

I placed an order for a cellular device Xiaomi 13C on the 16th of March 2024!!!

I received my parcel on the 22 of March 2024 afternoon and When I opened it, I found a Trimmer Vintage T9.

I immediately called Take a lot and I was told i need to log a return and they have to investigate before I can get my item. Even the box shows it was tempered with am not sure if its a courier guys ( FastnFurious) nor takealot guys but its Provident enough that it was tempered with. See the attached pictures

So now I must be inconvenienced due to pure and utter negligence of which is totally unacceptable.

Now I must wait for you to complete the return of your stuff whilst someone is likely sitting with my order while I’m inconvenienced with a Trimmer.

Update as of 26th of March 2024: Am still waiting for courier guy(fast and Furious) to come and collect sent the return.

I feel like Takealot don’t care about the customer and we are the ones who must deal with inconvenience and their staff not doing their job.

I feel betrayed and i would love to request my money back am taking my services somewhere else.

I have never been so ****ed in my life.
