Bought flops, flops got damaged within warranty period. Some idiot then concluded that I damaged flops decided not to refund me nor return flops. Further, the email informing me that flops won’t be covered by warranty was sent to incorrect customer. You guys are really ***********, and dealing with y’all has been extremely frustrating
