Takealot is *************

I ordered and paid for a Hisense 95 L Chest freezer on 13 Dec 2024 and it arrived on 23 Dec 2024. On opening the box 20 minutes after delivery, I found the lid of the unit has a huge dent in it. I posted a review on Takealot immediately that read "DISAPPOINTED - I ordered my first large appliance from Takealot which arrived 20 minutes ago. The lid of the chest freezer has a huge dent in it. Is this a shop soiled item they sold me or just careless handling by the company???" Needless to say, any review you post on their website has to be approved before they share it, and mine was rejected!!! This just goes to show, you can't really give a true review, because you are sensored by them. This is truly a let down!!!
