Takealot is ***********!!!

Placed an order on the 6th October with express delivery for next day delivery. The driver rocked up without notifying me only to take a **** infront of my house and leave. The customer service consultants is of no help regarding refunding my monies. I then went on to rescheduling my order for Wednesday 8th October and the same delivery guy drove pass my house without delivering. A consultant called me in that time where the delivery guy told him that he was with me handing over the package but he ****. I was in my house and went out to no-one. Keeping in mind, I've been checking the cameras all day. I have sent the video footage to takealot for both incidents and no-one has gotten back to me!
