Takealot intentionally sends unsafe and damaged non-returnable item

Takealot has ruined my shopping experience with them. I bought a probiotic which comes in a glass bottle (Kiko Vitals). When I received it on Friday 24 Jan 2025, the bottle was completely shuttered in a box, the tablets mixed with broken glass, so the product was unsafe as the seal was broken and tablets had been mixed with broken glass. Takealot has this as a non-returnable item, how very convenient. So I lost money and cannot return the product I received already damaged due to their people's negligence. And they are censoring me as they are clearly refusing to publish my review on their website. What I found amazing was that the Takealot box was rigid and showed no signs of damage while the product box was flimsy and had a patch of sellotape on top of bubble wrapping. So a person somewhere out there, packed a box with broken glass rattling around and had no care in the world for the customer, because rattling broken glass is the first thing I heard when lifting the box. This is unfair practice as I received the product already damaged, I did not break it, and have lost a lot of money with a product I cannot consume.
