TAKEALOT ****ing waste of time and money as usual

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. My android tv box and remote was giving problems so I returned it.

It's been almost 1 month later and all they had were useless replies!!! They've run out of excuses so they don't say anything no more.

I WANT MY ****ING REFUND OR REPLACEMENT!!!!

I've already bought a new more expensive box because they were taking so long to sort out my problem.

I want my money OR a new player BACK!

All the Takealot app has been saying since last month is "the product has been received at the evaluation facility.."

I HAVE SENT TOO MANY EMAILS ALREADY! NON OF THERE NUMBERS WORK!

What the hell must I do????
