Takealot *****ing my money

I use Takealot a LOT. I have never had a complaint. But this time it is comical. I have purchased 4 sets of 20 LED lights each, hence a total of 80. I kept 1 set of 20 and returned the remaining 3 sets. Takealot now claims that they have only received 3 sets of 5 lights each and have credited me for that. My attempts to be credited for the remaining 45 bulbs has fallen on deaf ears. It is insanely frustrating. I will most definitely not shop at Takealot anymore unless this gets resolved. There are other options.
