Takealot *****ing my money

I placed a order on the 4th January 2024 and it was suupose to be received on the 16th. On the 15th I was advised it will be delivered. Noone arrived and I got no call. I then logged a ticket and was advised it will be escalated and till now no feedback. This is the 4th ticket I logging and Noone is getting back to me and no feedback on when will I get my parcel. So take a lot is *****ing my money?
