Takealot *****ing my money.

I paid take alot for a product and then the payment said failed. But after checking my bank statements the money was taken out my account and not returned. After contacting takealot they said I must get proof of payment. You cannot get proof of payment on card transactions but even after explaining this to them, they still refuse to assist me in any way.
